A symbol of creativity and intelligence, the Year of the Snake will be celebrated through vibrant works and song arrangements in multiple languages by composer Alan Chan, performed by his fabulous jazz orchestra. The evening promises adventure and wonder, along with the best baked potatoes in the world!
