Cemetery of Splendor - Philosophical Research Society (Feb. 24)
7th House, Philosophical Research Society’s film program, screens Cemetery of Splendor, the 2015 film from Thai director Aphichatpong Weerasethakul, on Tuesday, February 24 at 7 p.m.
House of Kong - Rolling Greens (Feb. 26 - March 19)
Tickets to see Gorillaz live at the Palladium on February 22 and 23 went fast, but you can still check out House of Kong, the band’s immersive exhibition, which opens at Rolling Greens in downtown Los Angeles on February 26 and runs through March 19.
Chulas Fronteras - 2220 Arts + Archives (Feb. 28)
Discos Rolas celebrates the 50th anniversary of influential music documentary Chulas Fronteras with a special screening at 2220 Arts + Archives on Saturday, February 28. Prior to the film corrido singer-songwriter Gallo Armado will perform. Chulas Fronteras will screen alongside 1979 short Del Moro Corazón and will be followed by a panel discussion and DJs.

Beethoven & Ortiz - Walt Disney Concert Hall (Feb. 26 - March 1)
Gustavo Dudamel conducts the LA Philharmonic when they perform Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 on Thursday, February 26 through Sunday, March 1 at Walt Disney Concert Hall. The concerts will also include a performance of Revolución Diamantina, an LA Phil commission by Gabriela Ortiz, with dancers from Grupo Corpo.

Grammy and Emmy-winner Brandi Carlile brings The Human Tour to Kia Forum on Friday, February 27, with support from The Head and the Heart.

Skyline Festival - Ace*Mission Studios (Feb. 28 and March 1)
Now at Ace*Mission Studios, Skyline Festival returns for 2026 with a stacked lineup to keep you dancing through the weekend. The Blessed Madonna, HAAi, DJ Seinfeld, Ben UFO, Eli Brown, Joseph Capriati and Richie Hawtin are just a few of the DJs who will be playing across three stages on February 28 and March 1. General admission tickets are sold out for February 28, but single day tickets for March 1 and weekend passes are still available for the 21+ event.

Celebrate Lunar New Year at the Family Village Celebration in Northridge Park on Saturday, February 28, where live performances, storytelling and art activities will be part of the early afternoon festivities. The event also includes a marketplace, where guests can shop for handmade and cultural items.
Inspiring Journeys: African American Histories - Los Angeles Central Library (Feb. 28)
Make Ghanaian-inspired jewelry, learn how to collect oral histories or see a performance from Tommy the Clown at Central Library's day-long celebration of black history, Inspiring Journeys. The all ages event is free to attend.
Los Angeles Chinatown Firecracker Run - Chinatown Central Plaza (Feb. 28 and March 1)
This year’s Los Angeles Chinatown Firecracker Run includes events for adults, kids and dogs. Sign up for the 20/50 mile bike ride or the PAW’er Dog Walk on February 28. The 5/10k run/walk event, as well as the Kiddie Run, are on March 1. Both days open with traditional lion dancers and 100,000 firecrackers.

Never Dull - Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (Feb. 26)
San Diego-based DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist Never Dull brings his brand of disco house back to Kiss Kiss Bang Bang on Thursday, February 26. Opening the night is a back-to-back set from Geshay and Groovy P.
Baile World w/Kevin Saunderson - 9thirtyLA (Feb. 27)
Baile World brings a celebration of Black club music to 9thirtyLA on Friday, February 27. Detroit techno innovator Kevin Saunderson headlines the party, which will also include sets from Shekdash (NYC), DJ Nico (Memphis), Cquestt (LA) and Tromac (Baltimore).
Plastics Dept. - Coaxial Arts Foundation (Feb. 28)
Burbank synth shop Perfect Circuit presents Plastics Dept. at downtown’s Coaxial Arts Foundation on Saturday, February 28. The first in a series of shows highlighting experimental electronic music artists features performances from Tom Hall, Lauren Sarah Hayes, Anthony Baldino and Eventuate.
I Hate Models - Avalon (March 1)
Following his appearance at Skyline Festival, French DJ I Hate Models takes to the decks at Avalon on Sunday, March 1. Doors are at 10 p.m. and VIP table reservations are available.
Sports
LAFC vs. Real España of Honduras - BMO Stadium (Feb. 24)
LAFC is one of nine MLS teams to qualify for this years Concacaf Champions Cup and they’ll be playing against Real España de Honduras in the first round. The home game for the series will be on Tuesday, February 24 at BMO Stadium.
LA Lakers - Crypto .com Arena (Feb. 24, March 1)
The Lakers take on Orlando Magic at home on Tuesday, February 24, with tipoff at 7:30 p.m. While the team will be on the road later in the week, they’ll head back to Crypto on Sunday, March 1 for a 6:30 p.m. game against the Sacramento Kings.
LA Galaxy - Dignity Health Sports Park (Feb. 25, 28)
LA Galaxy plays Sporting SM in the first round of the Concacaf Champions Cup on Wednesday, February 25, at Dignity Health Sports Park. They’ll be back on the home field for MLS regular season on Saturday, February 28, where they’ll play Charlotte FC.
LA Kings - Crypto.com Arena (Feb. 25, 26, 28)
After a two week break, LA Kings are back at Crypto on February 25, for the first of three home games that week. They’ll play Las Vegas’ Golden Knights for the Wednesday evening match. The following night sees the Kings up against the Edmonton Oilers, with cowboy hat giveaways for the first 10,000 fans to enter Crypto on Thursday. The Kings will end February with a Saturday afternoon game against the Calgary Flames and a Filipino Heritage event.
LA Clippers - Intuit Dome (Feb. 26, March 1)
The Clippers play Minnesota Timberwolves at home on Thursday, February 26, and will have a beanie giveaway for the first 10,000 fans at Intuit Dome. Catch the Clippers again on Sunday, March 1, for a 6 p.m. game against New Orleans Pelicans. It’s Chuck the Condor’s birthday too and the team is celebrating with Kids' Night.
Theatre

Vintage Basement with Max & Nicky - Dynasty Typewriter (Feb. 23)
Tim Heidecker, Jenna Friedman, Dylan Adler, Chad Opitz and more join hosts Max and Nicky Weinbach for Vintage Basement, a night of comedy and music at Dynasty Typewriter on Monday, February 23.
Puppet Up! - Ricardo Montalbán Theatre (Feb. 27 - March 1)
Brian Henson brings Puppet Up!, the uncensored comedy show featuring 80 Miskreant puppets to Ricardo Montalbán Theatre for a two weekend run beginning February 20. Shows will continue at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, and concluding with a 5 p.m. show on Sunday, March 1.
Akhnaten - Dorothy Chandler Pavilion (Feb. 28- March 22)
Philip Glass’ beloved opera Akhnaten is back by popular demand. The LA Opera production directed by Phelim McDermott opens at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on Saturday, February 28, where it will run through March 22.
