"Recovecos" - Walt Disney Disney Concert Hall (Nov. 11)
Part of the Green Umbrella new music series, Recovecos puts the spotlight on Latin American and Caribbean composers with a program that includes the Walt Disney Concert Hall debut of Raquel Acevedo Klein, who will conduct a world premiere arrangement of Volver, Volver from Darian Donovan Thomas.
Gilmore Girls: Best of Emily - Rooftop Cinema Club (Nov. 11)
It’s the Best of Emily Gilmore at Rooftop Cinema Club on Tuesday, November 11. The Gilmore Girls binge includes the episodes “Christopher Returns,” “We’ve Got Magic to Do” and “Driving Miss Gilmore.” Seating is first come, first served for this 18+ event.
"Paranormal Activity" - Ahmanson Theatre (Nov. 14 - Dec. 7)
Center Theatre Group brings Paranormal Activity, a new story from the same universe as the famed films, to the Ahmanson Theatre, where it will run from November 14 through December 7. Opening night is sold out and tickets for other nights are moving quickly, so act fast!
"The First Wives Club" - Palace Theatre (Nov. 15)
Cinespia pays tribute to the late Diane Keaton with a special screening of The First Wives Club at the Palace Theatre on Saturday, November 15. There will be a BFF Portrait Studio for pics on-site, as well as a full bar and DJ sets. Attendees are asked to bring a white rose for the special tribute hall. Doors at 6:45pm for the 8pm screening.

Rock en español titans Maná return to Los Angeles for five nights at Kia Forum beginning Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15. Can’t make it? Not to worry, the band will be back on November 21 and 22, and they’ll conclude their run at the Forum on November 29.
Tame Impala - Kia Forum (Nov. 11-12)
His latest album, Deadbeat, dropped in mid-October and now Tame Impala is bringing the tour to Los Angeles for two nights at Kia Forum with support from New York indie dance duo Fcukers. Catch Tame Impala on Tuesday, November 11 or Wednesday, November 12. Can’t get to the Forum this week? Tame Impala will be back on November 17.
The Darkness - The Wiltern (Nov. 12)
More than 20 years after its release, “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” will still get everyone in the bar singing. The Darkness does have a new album out, Dreams on Toast, and they’ll be headlining The Wiltern on Wednesday, November 12.
Chromeo - The Fonda (Nov. 13)
Chromeo is bringing their indie sleaze classic Fancy Footwork to the stage in just four North American cities, one of which happens to be The Fonda. Tickets are still available for Thursday, November 13.
SmartLess Live - Hollywood Bowl (Nov. 15)
Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett bring their podcast SmartLess to the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday, November 15, and two mystery guests will be joining them.
Portugal. The Man - The Wiltern (Nov. 16)
Tickets for Portugal. The Man’s November 14 show at The Troubadour are sold out, but you can still see the band at The Wiltern on Sunday, November 16.

"Newsies" - Academy Museum (Nov. 15)
Inspired by actual events, the New York–set Newsies refashions the eight-month newsboys’ strike of 1899 as a rollicking musical. Featuring early performances from teenaged Christian Bale (The Dark Knight) and David Moscow (Big), choreography designed in part by the film’s director, Kenny Ortega, and original tunes by Alan Menken—celebrated for his collaboration with lyricist Howard Ashman on animated Disney films—Newsies has been embraced in revival screenings and is now considered a cult classic.
Nightlife
Neko Case - The Bellwether (Nov. 10)
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Neko Case, who released her eighth solo album, Neon Grey Midnight Green, in September, heads to The Bellwether on Monday, November 10. Opening the show is cult favorite, John Grant, who earned rave reviews for his 2024 album, The Art of the Lie.
Shudder to Think - Lodge Room (Nov. 11)
D.C. post-hardcore legends Shudder to Think play the Lodge Room on Tuesday, November 11, and tickets are running low. If you want to catch them, along with opener Zwei Null Zwei, act fast.
Grizzly Bear - Shrine Auditorium (Nov. 12)
Following a six-year break, Grizzly Bear is back and on the road. The indie band’s November tour hits The Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday, November 12, with support from Iaonna Gika.
Purity Ring - The Novo (Nov. 12)
In September, Canadian electronic duo Purity Ring dropped their first full-length album in five years. They’ll bring their U.S. tour to a close at The Novo on Wednesday, November 12, with an opening set from yuniVERSE.
Melt-Banana - Teragram Ballroom (Nov. 12)
Japanese noise rock outfit Melt-Banana is back and when the beloved cult band heads to Teragram Ballroom on Thursday, November, it will be with a stacked lineup that includes support from Deaf Club, Nick Reinhart and Dream_Mega.
Booka Shade - 1720 (Nov. 14)
Long-running electronic music duo Booka Shade released their latest album, For Real, early in 2025 and now the German DJ/producers are heading to Los Angeles for a live set at 1720 on Friday, November 14. Austrian duo Klangkarussell opens the night.
Bardo - The Echo (Nov. 14)
Best known for fronting Chicano Batman, Bardo dropped his most recent solo album, the funk and disco-centric Transformation Time, back in August. He’ll headline The Echo on Friday, November 14 with support from Michael Seyer and Pink Lemon.
Built to Spill - The Belasco (Nov. 15)
Built to Spill’s West Coast tour heads to Los Angeles on Saturday, November 15. The indie rock faves will play The Belasco with support from Larry Yes and Braided Waves.
Mortician - 1720 (Nov. 16)
With the November 15 show already sold out, your chance to catch Mortician at 1720 is Sunday, November 16. Joining the death metal band for this all-ages show are Gruesome, Mortal Wound, Coffin Rot and Flesher.

LA Clippers vs. Atlanta Hawks - Intuit Dome (Nov. 10)
This week, LA Clippers fans have two chances to catch the team on their home court! On Monday, November 10, which is also Native American Heritage Night, they’ll play the Atlanta Hawks at Intuit Dome. Come back on Wednesday, November 12, when the team faces the Denver Nuggets.
LA Galaxy vs. Club America - Dignity Health Sports Park (Nov. 15)
The friendly between the LA Galaxy and Mexico’s Club America on Saturday, November 15, will be as much of a party as it is a soccer match with a fan fest happening outside Dignity Health Sports Park at 2:30pm with live music, food, team mascots and more.
LA Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks - SoFi Stadium (Nov. 16)
The Los Angeles Rams take on the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, November 16 at SoFi Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:05pm.

"Jaja’s African Hair Braiding" - Mark Taper Forum (Nov. 4-9)
Jaja’s African Hair Braiding, the Tony-winning comedy set in a Harlem salon, comes to Los Angeles for a month-long run with Center Theatre Group at Mark Taper Forum. Written by Jocelyn Bioh and directed by Whitney White, the play will continue through November 9 with evening and matinee performances.
