At his two Michelin starred French restaurant, Mélisse, Chef Josiah Citrin celebrates each season by using the finest ingredients that he personally selects at the Farmers Market. Citrin features four-, seven- and ten-course tasting menus. Priced at $225 per person, the TEN menu is offered for the entire table. Highlights include egg caviar, bigeye tuna, foie gras terrine, Santa Barbara spot prawn, truffle risotto ($85 supplement), Scottish hare ravioli, seasonal fish, Snake River Farms beef strip loin, and Fourme D’ambert (barhi dates, red walnuts, smoked bacon).
Named for Citrin's son, the Augustin Room can accommodate up to 16 guests for seated dinner.
