Stand Up for Equality: An evening of comedy benefiting Lambda Legal and our ongoing fight  to protect LGBTQ+ people and everyone living with HIV. From Stonewall to ACT UP to the fights for marriage equality, LGBTQ+ people and people living with HIV have always played offense when the world played defense. Activism isn’t a sidebar for our community, it’s part of our survival, expression, and our legacy. We must All Rise to meet this moment. Lambda Legal, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of LGBTQ+ people and everyone living with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work. They do not charge their clients for legal representation or advocacy, and receive no government funding
