Tour LA's Championship Stadiums and Arenas

Los Angeles has more than its share of major stadiums and arenas, from historic landmarks to new state-of-the-art venues, many of which offer public and private tours. Linger in the very locker rooms where top athletes balance anxiety with adrenaline before the big game, then walk the hallways and tunnels where rock stars await their adoring fans. Retrace the steps of legendary political and religious figures who’ve addressed their faithful throngs, or just stand awe-struck at the astonishing architecture. Here are the Los Angeles stadium and arena tours that belong on your bucket list.

Intuit Dome
Los Angeles added to its world-class collection of sports and event venues with the opening of the $2-billion Intuit Dome, which joins SoFi Stadium and Kia Forum in Inglewood. The new home of the Los Angeles Clippers boasts numerous state-of-the-art features and amenities, along with an extraordinary public art program. In March 2025, TIME Magazine named Intuit Dome to its list of World's Greatest Places, calling it a "slam dunk" for LA and an "entertainment powerhouse" that has "set the bar for the nation's stadiums."
Intuit Dome offers exclusive tours that include the arena's luxurious premium clubs, behind-the-scenes access to the team locker rooms and the player tunnel—available only with the All-Access Tour. Tickets are now on sale at the Intuit Dome website. Kids ages 4 and under are free.

SoFi Stadium
The stunning SoFi Stadium is the single most significant catalyst of Inglewood’s recent rebirth as a world-class sports and entertainment mecca. Rising from the ashes of the old Hollywood Park Racetrack in 2020, the state-of-the-art 70,000-seat indoor-outdoor stadium has brought two NFL teams and the Super Bowl to LA for the first time in a generation. SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece of the 298-acre Hollywood Park, a mixed-use development project featuring lifestyle retail, commercial office space, a hotel, 2,500 residences, and outdoor park spaces.
Since its opening, SoFi Stadium has hosted Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in January 2023, and the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final in July 2023. SoFi Stadium is one of the host venues of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and will host Super Bowl LXI in 2027 and co-host the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2028 Summer Olympics.
Available in three price tiers, SoFi Stadium Tours let you experience what it’s like to be a fan, broadcaster, or even a player on game days, with special access to some of the facility’s exclusive spaces. Run through the 60-foot tunnel room and out onto the turf where you can test your kicking, throwing, and high jump skills (closed-toe athletic-type shoes are highly recommended). Have your photo taken right on the field, then pose with the players in a super-fun augmented reality photo experience. SoFi Stadium also hosts Rally Days the day before Rams and Chargers home games, plus Group Tours for parties of 20 or more.

Crypto.com Arena
Located at L.A. LIVE in the heart of Downtown LA, Crypto.com Arena is the home of the Lakers, Sparks and Kings. Go behind the scenes with the new VIP Tours, which offer an exclusive look inside one of the world’s most iconic sports and entertainment venues. During the 90-minute tour, expert guides will lead small groups through spaces that have hosted legendary sports championships, world-renowned concerts and epic award shows. Guests will also explore the venue’s VIP areas and experience the arena’s latest renovations.

Dodger Stadium
Few buildings scream “LA” like the iconic Dodger Stadium. Seamlessly embedded into Elysian Park’s natural contours, the ballpark is home to the beloved Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team and has hosted some of the city's most memorable concerts, from The Cure and KISS to David Bowie, Sir Paul McCartney, and Sir Elton John (as recreated in the Oscar-winning Rocketman).
Tours of the historic 56,000-capacity facility are a business unto themselves, with Dodger Stadium Tours happening hourly from 10am to 1pm on game days, and to 3pm on non-game days. Highlights of these 90-minute visits (which are also available in Spanish and Japanese) typically include a trip down to the field itself, a taste of the newly renovated centerfield plaza and pavilions, a walk through the Vin Scully Press Box, and an exclusive look at the 2020 World Series Trophy and the team’s Trophy Gallery.
Dodger Stadium also offers Private and Group Tours - perfect for special occasions, from marriage proposals to company outings, which include a personal guide and photo ops with player-used items.
For a unique peek inside the Dodger Clubhouse, book the Clubhouse Tour (which includes all elements of the Dodger Stadium Tour), or opt for the 45-minute Pregame Tour complete with early admission to Dodger batting practice and/or warm-up exercises and the Dodgers Dugout AR Experience. There are even Botanic Garden Tours of the stadium’s impressive native plant collection.
Fans can also schedule a Photo Session for up to 10 people (including your photographer) at locations such as the Dodger Dugout, Centerfield Grass, and the Vin Scully Press Box.

Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
Located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum offers 75-minute guided walking tours on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10am. and 1pm. The stately stadium, which marks its centenary in 2023, is home of the USC Trojans football team and the former home of the Rams and Dodgers. The Coliseum has hosted the Olympics twice (and will again in 2028), the Super Bowl, and everything from NASCAR to the Billy Graham Crusade.
The 77,500-capacity Coliseum’s comprehensive tour is both educational and entertaining, including imbibing the elegant ambiance of its Founders Suite and stunning views from the 1923 Club rooftop deck. It really allows guests a sense of how it feels to play in a major game, from visiting the locker rooms to running through the Player’s Tunnel and out onto the field. You might not experience the roar of the crowd but, with photos and videos welcome, you’ll be all set for social media glory.
An LA Coliseum tour ends inside the classic seating bowl, where you can follow in the footsteps of some of the world’s greatest athletes and entertainers to the iconic Peristyle plaza entrance, walk beneath the Coliseum Torch, and take in the Coliseum Court of Honor. More than just revealing the inner workings of a marvel of architecture and engineering, the tour also lets guests soak up the storied aura of a venue so steeped in history. The Coliseum was substantially renovated in 2018-2019, so even if you’ve previously taken a tour, it merits a return visit.

Rose Bowl Stadium
Currently celebrating its 100th birthday, Pasadena’s famed Rose Bowl Stadium – the 16th largest stadium in the world – is a National Historic Landmark perhaps best known for hosting college football’s annual Rose Bowl Game. The 92,500-capacity stadium is the home of the UCLA Bruins and has also welcomed World Cup and Olympic soccer, plus massive concerts like this year’s Cruel World Fest, Beyoncé and Jay-Z On the Run and OTR II, and the 1988 Depeche Mode show captured on the British band’s 101 album.
Rose Bowl Stadium offers a choice of four tours. Held on the last Friday of every month at 10:30am and 12:30pm, the Rose Bowl’s Public Tours offer an afternoon up-close with the original 1922 Locker Room, Press Box, Luxury Suites, Court of Champions, the field where so many magic moments and plays have been made, and more.
Alternatively, VIP Tours provide flexible scheduling, a knowledgeable docent guide, and VIP perks including private access. VIP Tours can be booked on any day of the week and any time, with a personal experience catered to your areas of interest. And as VIP tours are charged at one flat rate and can accommodate up to 19 people, for larger parties they work out only slightly more spendy than the regular Public Tour.
“America’s Stadium” also offers very affordable Educational Tours for approved field trips of 20 people of more, with instruction according to STEAM guidelines; and tailored Private Group Tours that make a great team-building experience or something new for your club’s monthly field trip, including actually throwing a pass on the hallowed Rose Bowl field.
