Located at the Americana at Brand shopping complex in Glendale, Bourbon Steak Los Angeles is Chef Michael Mina’s modern American steakhouse offering timeless dining experiences. Endless Shopping & Entertainment

As one of the most popular activities for L.A. visitors, shopping is a big part of the Valley experience. With major shopping malls as well as independent boutiques and unique neighborhood shopping destinations, the Valley is sure to provide the shopping experience visitors are looking for. For the traditional mall experience bumped up a notch, go to Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks for Bloomingdale’s and Banana Republic (and almost 140 other stores). Meanwhile, the $400 million Americana at Brand features a vibrant blend of shopping, dining and entertainment with creative residential living in a beautiful park-like setting in downtown Glendale. The project occupies 15.5 acres and approximately 900,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, including 475,000 square feet of contemporary shops, restaurants, and an 18-screen Pacific Theatres Cinema.

For a boutique shopping experience, Ventura Boulevard is the place to go. Home to a dazzling variety of shops, the strip that runs from Laurel Canyon Boulevard to Whitsett Avenue offers stores selling clothing, accessories, furniture and home decorating products. The NoHo (North Hollywood) Arts District is home to eclectic boutique stores, unique restaurants, coffee shops and a thriving visual and performing arts scene.

Unique Event Venues

Some of the biggest and best event venues in L.A. can be found at Valley attractions. Creative planners can let their imaginations run wild, and rest assured that there’s no event that’s too extravagant for these venues to handle. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library rests on a majestic hill overlooking the breathtaking views of Southern California and boasts rooms and outdoor venues capable of hosting intimate meetings for 10 or gala dinners for up to 1,600 guests. The Library offers a diverse selection of memorable settings but the most modern grandeur is the Air Force One Pavilion. Hosting an event at the Air Force One Pavilion puts your guests below the nose of Ronald Reagan's Air Force One, tail number 27000. The Air Force One Pavilion can accommodate up to 1,600 guests and can be combined with the Ambassador's Terrace for a perfect indoor/outdoor event.

You can’t get more Hollywood or quintessentially Los Angeles than hosting an event at Warner Bros. Studios. The back lot accommodates everything from corporate events and galas, charity fundraisers and awards shows. Meeting and event planners can keep it simple with a VIP tour complete with lunch, or host a full-on soiree with red carpet and elaborate outdoor lightning. Warner Bros. very own slice of the “Big Apple” can be found on its most famous backlot, New York Street. Getting Around

Expanded public transportation via the Metro Orange and Red Lines is making it even more convenient for visitors to get to the Valley from points across the city. If your clients will be arriving via one of the local airports, they’ll have several options to make getting here as easy as possible. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) isn’t far from the Valley, and it offers an extensive flight schedule to cities across the country and around the world. Your clients can also take advantage of LAWA’s FlyAway bus service from LAX to Van Nuys, which gives them a quick and easy way to get to the Valley. If something closer to the Valley is needed, you might consider Bob Hope Airport in Burbank. Located in the heart of the Valley, it has service from several major airlines.
