The Scratch might seem like they don’t fit anywhere, yet they’ve proven they can fit absolutely everywhere. Starting out with acoustic guitars and wooden boxes, they quickly made waves in their hometown of Dublin. Refusing to be boxed into a single genre, they boldly blend heavy metal, Irish folk, stadium rock, and post-punk. Constantly evolving both creatively and musically, they never take themselves too seriously—but they pour their heart and soul into every note. One thing’s for sure: it’s impossible to leave a Scratch show without being completely won over and utterly captivated.
