Level 8's Lunar New Year All You Can Eat Celebration

Level 8, the Houston Brothers’ culinary and entertainment destination, will ring in Lunar New Year with an elevated, immersive night market experience for one night only. In collaboration with Chef Jasper Lynn, founder of the award-winning Rosalynn Supper Club, the celebration transforms all eight Level 8 venues into a progressive, all-you-can-eat gastronomic journey.

Throughout the evening, guests are invited to move throughout the floor, enjoying chef-driven bites from each venue. Highlights include Wagyu with YEAT Hay Sichuan chimichurri and fire-roasted Hokkaido scallops with white truffle chili crunch from Maison Kasai. Blending intentional culinary moments with cultural elements, a dedicated Mahjong lounge hosted by Wan Collective and a selection of local AAPI artisans showcasing their work create a dynamic and interactive Lunar New Year celebration.
