POJ Studio x Vermicular Retail Pop-Up and Kintsugi Workshop

POJ Studio—Kyoto-born curator and champion of Japan’s traditional crafts—is launching a six-month pop-up in Los Angeles in partnership with precision cast iron cookware brand Vermicular. The collaboration brings together two Japanese brands dedicated to heritage, precision, and intentional design. The pop-up will showcase POJ Studio’s thoughtful curation of handcrafted objects—ceramics, lacquerware, incense, tea tools, and more—alongside Vermicular’s precision-engineered cookware. Much more than retail, the space is designed as an immersive cultural hub. Through hands-on Kintsugi workshops and direct interaction with artisanal products, POJ Studio seeks to foster a deeper relationship between people and objects—encouraging repair, mindfulness, and respect for materials over disposability. For the first two weeks, Vermicular will offer an in-store–only release of their Premium Black Limited Edition cookware.
