Cousins Tyler Wilson and Joseph Pitruzzelli put the Arts District on the culinary map with the industrial beer and sausage concept. They’ve got “Exotics” like rattlesnake and rabbit, “Gourmet” sausages like pork and beef Kielbasa and “Classics” like bratwurst. With Belgian fries, communal tables and some compelling Belgian and German beers, the lines can get long at night and on weekends.
