Ryan, What does luxury mean to Black & White Car Rental?

Luxury to us is all about the experience of renting rather than just the act of renting a "luxury" car. We pride ourselves on our hiring and training practices, making sure each and every renter has that amazing luxurious experience.

We truly make an effort in curating a very diverse and unique fleet of standard, luxury and especially exotic vehicles for our clients. That, and the process in which one can rent is made simple and easy. You may choose to work with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members or choose to go paperless and contactless, either way we have you covered. 
 

How can U.S. & international travel advisors work with you to craft the perfect luxury experience for their clients?

Black and White has worked hard to earn a stellar reputation in the luxury travel segment both domestic and abroad. We have done that by never overpromising what we are capable of doing and always working with both the agent and the client to find a quick solution should problems arise. Ultimately, we understand that we, like other luxury vendors, need to go out of our way to make the client feel special and their trip memorable. 
 
When booking with Black & White Car Rentals for their clients, what are the key selling points you would suggest travel advisors highlight?

The key to our success has always been our staff. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to be sure questions are answered promptly to help travel advisors respond to their clients in a timely manner. In the world of App-based everything we work hard to make sure we are not only competitive but better than any competition.

I always suggest grabbing a convertible and enjoy the diversity that LA has to offer. Being an avid eater I always make driving suggestions based around restaurants/food destinations! A drive down PCH to Malibu Seafood, Downtown to visit Grand Central Market and the other amazing Downtown LA restaurants like Bavel and Momofoku and lastly you can't say elevated without a drive through Beverly Hills and a nice leisurely shopping day on Rodeo!
