Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with visiting journalists, performing a variety of media relations activities and maintaining and creating press materials.

Maintains familiarity with Los Angeles as a meetings destination and assists with supplying publications and basic information to clients. Represents L.A. Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible to review and enter invoices and check requests into NetSuite, ensure all invoices and check requests are properly authorized and adequate supporting documentation is attached and assist with other accounts payable duties. This position reports to the Director of Accounting.
