Adrenaline: that’s what adventure seekers require in a destination, and Los Angeles delivers. Endless hiking trails beg exploration in recreation areas like Runyon Canyon, Fryman Canyon, Sycamore Canyon, and Griffith Park. Stair workouts challenge the fittest in Santa Monica, Studio City, and Downtown Los Angeles. Still craving more? Here are three action-packed days that are sure to get the heart pumping.

Day One: W Los Angeles - Westwood

Set up digs at W Los Angeles - Westwood, a perfect hotel for active visitors, who can pamper sore muscles poolside at the end of the day with in-house Bliss Spa “Blissages.” An ideal base camp for the adventurer, this hotel houses a state-of-the-art WET gym that’s open 24 hours and a heated outdoor pool. Take a dip before heading to The Backyard for an al fresco bite.
