Capturing the grace and elegance of the Gilded Age and classic Southern California, The Langham Huntington Pasadena is an iconic landmark hotel dating back to 1907. The Langham Huntington is situated on 23 acres with grand historic ballrooms and gardens. The hotel is ideal for corporate meetings, executive retreats and social events. The hotel features top rated dining, an award-winning spa and recreational choices such as tennis and a nearby golf course. The Langham Huntington features 380 elegant guest rooms, suites and cottages. The 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space includes three ballrooms, 15 meeting rooms and three boardrooms.

The landmark Rose Bowl Stadium, home of the Rose Bowl game, is a stunning venue available for unforgettable meetings and events, including on the actual football field.

Wow your group by holding an event at the unique Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens, founded in 1919 by successful businessman Henry E. Huntington, an art, book, and garden enthusiast. Galleries feature stunning American and European art, and a dozen-plus different gardens cover the 120-acre rolling landscape. More than 35 indoor and outdoor venues are available for meetings and events.

Group Dining Goes Glam

High on the list of Pasadena’s attractions are its many fine restaurants. With 500 eateries, Pasadena boasts more restaurants per capita than New York City. Pasadena is packed with high-quality restaurants and bars with something for every taste, from ethnic international cuisine to white table-cloth. Located at the Langham Hotel, The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse  serves steak and fresh-caught local seafood and features two temperature-controlled wine rooms. The Royce can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests with reservations in advance. Buyouts of the restaurant are available for seated dining (up to 100 guests) or for a cocktail-style reception (up to 150 guests).

Attractions & Shopping

Planners will find plenty of ways to entertain meeting attendees in Pasadena. Plan a tour of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory or a stop at the Norton Simon Museum to see dazzling collections of Asian and European art. Arrange for them to tee up for a round at one of the region’s championship golf courses, or check out thoroughbred racing at Santa Anita Park. The Gamble House, a Pasadena gem, is open for docent-led tours nearly every day of the year. The house and its furnishings were designed in 1908 by Charles and Henry Greene for the Gamble family (of Proctor & Gamble fame). Movie fans will recognize it as Doc Brown's house from "Back to the Future."

Charming boutique craft and apparel shops line Old Town Pasadena while One Colorado features 17 beautifully preserved historic buildings with national retailers, local merchants, fine dining and entertainment. Paseo Colorado Shopping Center combines top-end retail brands, dining and residential with modern colonial- Spanish inspired architecture, outdoor walkways, patios and fountains.

Getting Around

Nestled at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, Pasadena is just 10 miles northeast of Downtown Los Angeles, connected to greater Southern California by the 210, 134 and 110 freeways. Pasadena offers easy access to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). Visitors can also utilize the Metro Gold Line and Pasadena Area Rapid Transit System to get around the city.
