January - April 2018 TMD Lodging Performance

 Lodging metrics for the 1st quarter of 2018 (January - April) are in:Occupancy: For Q1 2018, TMD hotels saw an average occupancy rate of 79.2%, down -2.2% from Jan-April 2017 (81.0%). Please note, room nights sold (demand) increased by 5.4% year-over-year, however supply grew at a faster rate (7.7%), resulting in decreased occupancy for the timeframe.ADR: For Q1 2018, TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $193.90, up 3.9% from Jan-April 2017 ($186.68). RevPar: For Q1 2018, TMD hotels saw a RevPAR of $153.66, up 1.6% from Jan-April 2017 ($151.26).Source: STR April 2018 report
