TMD hotels continue to see an increase in lodging metrics and continue to outperform Los Angeles County hotels as well as hotels in the top 25 U.S Markets as seen in the first quarter of 2016.Occupancy: During the first three months of 2016 (January-March), TMD hotels saw an average occupancy rate of 83.2% - up about 3.2% from 2015. ADR: During the first three months (January-March), the ADR for TMD hotels has increased from $164.36 to $189.40 in 2016, an increase of 15.2%. RevPar: During the first three months (January-March), the RevPar for TMD hotels saw an increase of 18.9%, at a rate of $157.49.
