First Half of 2016 Sees Impressive TMD Lodging Performance

TMD hotels continue to see an increase in lodging metrics and continue to outperform Los Angeles County hotels as well as hotels in the top 25 U.S. Markets as proved in the first half of 2016.Occupancy: In the first six month of 2016 (January-June) TMD hotels saw an average occupancy rate of 82.6%, up 1.8% from the same time last year.ADR: In the first six months of 2016 (January-June) TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $190.09, a $23.68 increase from the same time last year.RevPar: In the first six months of 2016 (January-June) TMD hotels saw a RevPar of $157.06, an increase of 16.3% from the same time last year.As expected, summer month performance continues to be strong throughout City of Los Angeles’ regions.
