TMD Hotels recorded a banner year in 2018, here are the lodging metrics for the full year (January – December):Occupancy: In 2018, TMD hotels saw an average occupancy rate of 80.9%, up 0.9% from 2017 (80%). Room nights sold (demand) increased by 5.2% year-over-year to 10.4 million and grew at a faster rate than supply (4.2%)ADR: In 2018, TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $194.52, up 1.2% from 2017 ($192.27).RevPar: In 2018, TMD hotels saw a RevPAR of $157.32, up 2.1% from 2017 ($154.10).Source: STR
