2017 TMD Lodging Performance
The results for calendar year 2017 are in for L.A.'s TMD Hotels:Occupancy: For the calendar year 2017, TMD hotels saw an average occupancy rate of 80.4%, down 1.9% from 2016. Please note, room nights sold (demand) increased by 1.9% year-over-year, however supply grew at a faster rate (4.0%), resulting in decreased occupancy for the timeframe.ADR: For the calendar year 2017, TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $191.72, up 0.7% from 2016. RevPar: For the calendar year 2017, TMD hotels saw a RevPAR of $154.05, down 1.3% from 2016.Source: STR December 2017 report
