See Weather Hunters with Al Roker at NHM!

PBS SoCal is bringing Weather Hunters to life at the NHM with America’s most beloved weather caster, Al Roker. On Saturday, January 24, explore the science of weather through fun activities and special screenings of PBS SoCal’s new animated series featuring 8-year old weather detective, Lily Hunter, and her dog, Cumulus.

What to Expect

Activities | 1-4pm | Grand Foyer

Observing Clouds and Frame Making Activity
Design a Pinwheel Activity
Paper Storytelling Character Puppets

Screenings | 3pm and 4pm | Commons Theater

3pm: Weather Hunters followed by Q&A discussion
4pm: Weather Hunters followed by Q&A discussion

Activities and screenings are free with museum General Admission. Screenings are available on a first come, first served basis.
