Set against sweeping ocean views, catalina kitchen at Terranea Resort offers a festive buffet featuring an extravagant seafood bar with lobster tails, snow crab legs, scallop gratin, and ahi tuna tartare, along with a sushi station and grazing table. Guests can enjoy salads, cheeses, charcuterie, and a variety of hot appetizers. Featured entrées include Mushroom Porcini Truffle Risotto, Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, Chilean Sea Bass, Pork Loin, Mushroom Meatloaf, and pizzas from the stone oven.
