Set against sweeping ocean views, catalina kitchen at Terranea Resort offers a festive buffet featuring an extravagant seafood bar with lobster tails, snow crab legs, scallop gratin, and ahi tuna tartare, along with a sushi station and grazing table. Guests can enjoy salads, cheeses, charcuterie, and a variety of hot appetizers. Featured entrées include Mushroom Porcini Truffle Risotto, Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, Chilean Sea Bass, Pork Loin, Mushroom Meatloaf, and pizzas from the stone oven. The carving station showcases prime rib, roasted lamb chops, turkey breast, tomahawk steak, and Berkshire ham.
