Check-in is located at the Kobe Bryant Entrance.   Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.  Late arrivals may not be able to join a tour in progress.   All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different day or time.  Tour routes and locations are subject to change.  All tours must be purchased in advance via AXS.
