LGBTQ+ Intro to Oil Painting - June 19

Every Thursday is Queer Art Hang at Nova Community Arts, a series of programs exclusively for adults in the LBGTQ+ community. This Thursday, join us for a special Pride Month painting workshop with guest teaching artist Jason!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to oil paint but not sure where to start? In this beginners class (but all levels welcome) Jason will guide you through the techniques needed for painting a still life with a queer twist (adult toys will be present). The goal of this class will not be to complete a perfect painting but to learn techniques and play around with materials to create comfort with the medium. All materials will be provided however if you have any supplies in your possession that you would like to use or learn more about feel free to bring!
