Join Chef Maria Elena for a 2.5-hour class all about the most famous Roman pasta sauces: Carbonara, Amatriciana, and Cacio e Pepe 🍝.
The key to great pasta is the sauce — and every little detail matters 🍅. Too little sauce, and your pasta feels dry. Too much, and the dish gets heavy. If the ingredients aren’t cooked the right way, the sauce just doesn’t hit the same. In this class, you’ll learn how to balance everything and make these three sauces the right way — simple, but powerful.
At the end, you’ll get the chance to eat the pasta with the sauces you’ve created, paired with Italian wine.
