HBO Max is hosting a Roland-Garros (previously known as The French Open) inspired immersive takeover to celebrate the iconic tennis tournament’s debut on Max for the first time in the U.S.
Max has recreated the tournament’s iconic red clay court in pickleball form to be available for reservation and free play from June 5-7 at Venice Beach (1800 Ocean Front Walk, Venice, CA 90291). Please find additional details below.

Max Brings the Spirit of Roland-Garros to Venice Beach with Iconic Clay Court Pickleball Experience
What: To mark the debut of Roland-Garros on Max for the first time in the U.S., Max is bringing the tournament to life in Venice Beach, Los Angeles with “Le Petit Court,” a pickleball experience featuring the iconic clay court and signature umpire tower. The court will be available for the public free of charge to reserve for open play or to take lessons with professional pickle ballers in partnership with Pickle Pop and offer a dedicated lounge to stream the tournament on Max, photo moments throughout, and more. Space is limited.
