A rare opportunity to hear and see New Yorker Doug Beavers, a celebrated multiple Grammy-winning Afro-Cuban and Jazz Trombonist/Composer (Eddie Palmieri, Spanish Harlem Orchestra), teaming up with renowned Sunnyside Records Jazz Saxophonist/Composer Michael Zilber (Mike Clark, Steve Smith, John Stowell), hailed by Jazz Legend David Liebman as “one of the best players and composers anywhere. Period!”

A stellar rhythm section will join them, consisting of David Witham (George Benson) on piano/keys. Will Brahm (Arturo Sandoval) on guitar, Eric Messerschmidt (Johnny Mathis) on bass, and Dean Koba (Adam Hirsch) on drums.

The set will be a mix of originals and great standards in a unique mix of Beavers’ and Zilber’s approaches.
