Ancestor's Voices is a dance theater project that delves into the field of epigenetics and generational inherited trauma. Through emotional storytelling, we trace our ancestral roots and bring their stories to life, exploring the impact of intergenerational trauma on our present lives, both physically and emotionally. The work explores the passing of generational trauma, issues of identity and belonging and healing through community interaction.
