West Harbor, The Port of Los Angeles and LA City Councilmember Tim McOsker (15th District) are partnering for a festive tradition, Holidays by the Sea, featuring a community boat parade, tree lighting, a makers market, visits with Santa, food, and entertainment. Tree lighting will take place at 5:15.
