The renowned Four-Star Forbes Travel Guide restaurant, mar’sel, offers an unforgettable Thanksgiving experience set against a stunning ocean backdrop. Award-winning Chef Fabio Ugoletti and his team have curated an exquisite three-course meal with a side, showcasing seasonal flavors and gourmet creations. For Course One, guests can choose from Pan-Fried Scallop with beluga lentils, fennel confit, orange segments, and mustard frills; Porcini Truffle Risotto with winter black truffles and parsley; Butternut Squash Soup with sunchoke chips and amaretti cookies; or Little Gem Lettuce with persimmon, radish, dried cranberries, walnuts, and green goddess dressing. Course Two presents options like Roasted Turkey Breast and Confit Thigh with cornbread stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy; Braised Short Ribs with creamy polenta, broccolini, and spiced jus; Truffled Mushroom-Stuffed Cone Cabbage with pomegranate and beet coulis; or Pan-Seared Halibut with chowder sauce, mussels, clams, shrimp, red pearl onions, and red potatoes. Guests can also select a side dish from options like Brussels Sprouts with kale and sweet spicy pepper, Mashed Potatoes with roasted garlic, Glazed Carrots with maple syrup and pecans, or Cauliflower Gratin with toasted almonds and chives. The third course features decadent desserts for the table, including Chocolate Ganache Tart with pomegranate and pistachio gelato, Pumpkin Cremeux with sticky toffee pudding and Chantilly cream, and an Apple and Hazelnut Macaron with salted caramel sauce. The Thanksgiving Kids’ Menu includes Mac & Cheese, Roasted Turkey Breast with stuffing and carrots, Market Vegetables, and a sweet finish of Gelato, Sorbet, and a Sugar Cookie.
