Super-fine dim sum in the “Chinese Beverly Hills” (aka Monterey Park). Unusual for dim sum, there are no carts shuttling around the room, making for a slightly more relaxed dining experience. Start with the usual har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings) and move on to rice noodles with shrimp and asparagus, congee or any one of the delicious daily specials.
