Spanning 25,000 square feet and four floors in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, Exchange LA features a Funktion One Res. III sound system and 200 square-foot LED screen display with more than 1.25 million bulbs. On New Year's Eve, veteran L.A. promoter Insomniac presents an extended set by Gareth Emery, who will take the crowd on an audio journey from 2017 into 2018. General admission is $55. VIP tickets are $150 and include express entry, three premium cocktails, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages until 2 a.m. and balcony access. Doors at 10 p.m. for this 21 and over event.

Located beneath the streets of Downtown L.A., The Edison presents its annual New Year's Eve Ball, an unforgettable journey of the senses featuring the old-time Harlem Renaissance Jazz and modern funk of Parlor Social, aerialists, stilt walkers, and DJ Benji Ross. The annual No Cover New Year's at Angel City Brewery has become an Arts District holiday tradition. Enjoy specialty cellared beers on tap and a complimentary midnight toast with Bir Royale - this golden ale is made with champagne yeast, aged with grape must and blackcurrant juice. Hidden in the back of Cole's French Dip, The Varnish is hosting a classy New Year's Eve with unlimited cocktail service, three-course dinner by Cole's, midnight champagne toast, live jazz trio and the infamous limbo contest after the ball drops. Ring in the final night of 2017 with Midnight in Paris at Clifton's Republic, which will take guests on a trip through a Parisian dream of encounters with icons past and present. General Admission is $40 and includes entry to the venue and access to various floors, including the Champagne Bar and the Absinthe Apothecary. "Grand and fantastic costumes encouraged!"

Big Bar in Los Feliz is once again hosting New Year's Eve X10, featuring cocktails and countdowns from around the world. Starting at 3 p.m. in the Eurozone, guests will “travel” across nine other time zones to ring in 2018 on the hour with ten international cocktails and themed playlists. In previous years, guests have received souvenir passports, postcards, world cocktail maps, and a cocktail wheel. This year the Big Bar crew is offering a foldable boat so guests can “cruise” to each port of call aboard Big Bar Lines, collecting attributes (flags, life rings, captain’s wheel, first mate cap et al) until you and your shipmates arrive at midnight in L.A. Located in the heart of the ever-growing Cahuenga Corridor, Station1640 is a premier cultural nightclub and Hollywood staple. Station1640 has emerged from a complete overhaul inspired by the underground subways of New York City with an all-encompassing artistic takeover by some of L.A.'s most notable graffiti artists, who installed murals throughout the venue. Curated by Eddie Donaldson of GuerillaOne, featured artists include RETNA, Shepard Fairey, RISK, Spanto, WRDSMTH, SlICK, Sebastien Walker, Phobik, Jim Evans aka Taz, ALOY, Teachr, Page One, Cre8, David Flores, and GuerinSwing.
The entire installation will culminate with a New Year's Eve Grand Opening event to celebrate Station1640’s new chapter. CANDI POP DANCE PARTY - THE SATELLITE

The Satellite in Silver Lake presents a Candi Pop Dance Party littered with all of your guilty pleasures - glitter, lollipops, rainbows and unicorns. From 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., DJs will be spinning bubblegum pop hits from the '90s to the 21st century: Britney Spears, Spice Girls, *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Justin Bieber, One Direction, NKOTB, Hanson, Jonas Brothers and more.
