Parker house rolls with pickles and mustard, baby beets and parsnips, kale cavatelli, black-eyed pea "hoppin John," followed by pumpkin custard with gingersnap cookies, salted caramel and pecan brittle.

One of L.A.’s first vegetarian restaurants (also the creators of Vegenaise, Vegan Egg and many other beloved products), Follow Your Heart Market & Cafe is offering their extensive Heat-and-Eat Thanksgiving feast for pre-order and as a sit-down lunch on Thanksgiving Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their market is open on Thanksgiving too, so swing for last-minute ingredients. All special menu items are available a la carte in their deli starting Nov. 21 or order the whole shebang ahead online for pick-up between Nov. 1 through Nov. 20. Veggie “turkey” pot pies are available in family and individual sizes and the complete Thanksgiving dinner may be ordered gluten-free, as well.

Plant based Mexican restaurant Gracias Madre shares the spirit of the holiday by way of Gracias Por Oaxaca, a Thanksgiving benefit for earthquake relief in Oaxaca taking place on Thursday, Nov. 23 from 1-5 p.m. In partnership with Guelaguetza, Gracias Madre will donate proceeds from their Mexican-inspired Thanksgiving meal to Por Oaxaca. $25 suggested donation, no one will be turned away.
The menu includes a butternut squash tamale with cranberry habanero sauce, fall salad, rice pilaf and pumpkin cheesecake, along with a cranberry Margarita to wash it down. Music by Brazilian singer Caro Pierotto will fill the West Hollywood space throughout the day. Seating is first-come, first-served.

For the first time ever, beloved fast food vegan chain Veggie Grill is offering a take-away VG Thanksgiving Feast that will feed 4-5 adults. Priced at $69.95, the feast includes: stuffed holiday roast (a soy and wheat gluten-based Gardein product), cornbread stuffing, mashed yams, their standard cauli-mashed potatoes, porcini gravy, and cranberry sauce.
