ADR: TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $201, down 3% from same time period last year ($208).
RevPAR: TMD Hotels saw RevPAR reach $145, down 5.1% from the same time period last year ($153).
Room nights sold (demand) slightly increased 0.1% to 4.968 million compared to the same time period last year (4.963 million).
