Occupancy: TMD hotels recorded an average occupancy rate of 74.7% in CY 2023, up 2.7% from the previous year (72.7%). 
ADR: TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $205.58 in CY 2023, up 1.7% from the previous year ($202.07). 
RevPar: TMD hotels saw RevPAR reach $153.51, up 4.5% from the same time period last year ($146.85). 
Room nights sold (demand) increased 3.3% to 9.2 million room nights compared to the previous year (8.9m room nights).
