Presented by the Poolside Pilates team of Views Vibes and Vinyasa, Sunset Sessions are held in the vibrant heart of K-town with breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views that will leave you in awe. At only $20 per class, this remarkable experience is both accessible and affordable. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, this invigorating vinyasa class guides you through an hour-long practice that seamlessly synchronizes breath with movement. Feel free to bring your own mat to fully personalize your practice, or conveniently rent one on-site. These sessions provide an opportunity for growth, rejuvenation, and inner alignment as you bask in the warm glow of the setting sun.

 

LOEWS HOLLYWOOD HOTEL
Experience the radiant Hollywood sunshine at the 5th-floor pool deck of the Loews Hollywood Hotel. Engage in a rejuvenating yoga class suitable for practitioners of all levels, allowing your stress to dissolve away. Following the session, indulge in the amenities of a world-class gym, a heated swimming pool, and a delightful poolside menu after your session. The yoga class takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 8am.

 

R&B YOGA
"Come for the music, stay for the yoga!" R&B Yoga is a unique and inclusive yoga experience that combines R&B music with beginner-friendly techniques. Helipad Yoga takes place on Saturday mornings atop the Onyx Tower, located at the corner of Wilshire and Fairfax. The one-hour class features resident DJs Freesia and Illmeca spinning themed sets like the recent Erykah Badu, 90s R&B and Drake. Pricing is $45 and includes yoga, a "high" quality edible cookie from Marchés Pastries, and complimentary CBD iced tea. It’s held every Sunday from 9:30am to 11am, where tranquility meets the ocean horizon.

Your expert guide on this journey is Lucia Gonzalez, who will lead you through five minutes of invigorating breathwork that paves the way for a transformative 55-minute yoga flow. Through mindful movement, you'll connect deeply with your body, mind, and breath, nurturing a sense of harmony within.

TESHA SMITH
Make time for self-care with a serene and rejuvenating sound bath from Tesha Smith, the founder of Blessed and Abundant Healing Co. A certified instructor in sound bath, yoga, breath work and qi gong, Smith offers indoor and outdoor classes at numerous locations, including Lemuria in Venice and Zula Den in West Adams. Smith primarily teaches at Bruce's Beach Park in Manhattan Beach. Located on a slope that overlooks the ocean, the three-acre Bruce's Beach is named for the West Coast's first Black-owned beach resort, opened by Charles and Willa Bruce in 1912. ACE HOTEL
The Ace Hotel in Downtown LA hosts a monthly Sunset Poolside Sound Bath on the rooftop every second Tuesday. Presented in collaboration with Feels Like Floating and Lazuli Collective, the sound baths feature artists like ByHaze and India Shawn from 6:30pm to 8pm. Proceeds from the suggested donation go to Midnight Mission.
