January 2016 Lodging Metrics

•  Los Angeles ranked 4th place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 75.9%, up +6.1% compared to the same period last year (71.5%).

•  Los Angeles ADR was $162.31 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +8.8% compared to the same period last year ($149.16).

•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $123.11 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +15.5% compared to the same period last year ($106.59).

•  Rooms nights sold were 2.31 million countywide, up +6.1% over January 2015 (2.18 million room nights). 

•  The San Fernando Valley (83.3%) reported the highest Occupancy rate for the month.
