It is critical that TMD hotels comply with the LA County Health Public Health Order and mandated protocols that have been issued by the County in line with California's state guidelines. The County is asking the hospitality community to carefully follow the protocols set forth for employees and guest protocols.  If your property offers a restaurant, pool, gym, hair and nail salon or retail, you must adhere to protocols mandated for each sector before opening those respective areas.As of July 1, Governor Newsom has prohibited indoor operations in certain sectors including restaurants. The guidance applies for a minimum of three weeks and is subject to an extension based on epidemiologic indicators. Restaurants may modify operations to provide services outside or by pick-up. In addition, all brewpubs, breweries, bars, and pubs in these counties must close immediately, both indoor and outdoor.At this time, the State of California and L.A. County are NOT permitting group events or gatherings of any kind at all.L.A. County adheres to the State public health directive which prohibits professional, social and community mass gatherings. Gatherings are defined as—meetings or other events that bring together persons of any number from multiple households at the same time for a shared or group experience in a single room, space, or place such as an auditorium, stadium, arena, large conference room, meeting hall, or other indoor or outdoor space. Faith-based services, cultural ceremonies as well as protests are exempt with specific parameters.
