(ALSO SEPT. 16 and OCT. 14) Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery is bringing back its popular Cheese Classes this fall, led by head cheesemonger Vanessa Tilaka Kalb. These fun, hands-on sessions explore the world of artisanal cheeses, pairings, and regional traditions, with occasional surprise guest speakers. Classes are designed for everyone, from curious beginners to cheese lovers looking to expand their palate.
