Experience a contemplative evening in the exhibition Realms of the Dharma: Buddhist Art Across Asia. Connect with yourself, others, and artwork on view through guided meditation and gallery-based activities that invite creative responses led by Mariko Tu, a certified meditation teacher specializing in mindfulness and compassion.
Participants will begin this program with an introduction and meditation. Following a short overview of the exhibition, participants can explore artworks on view through gallery activities that invite mindful looking, writing, drawing, and other creative activities. The program concludes with small group reflections and a closing meditation.
