Gelson’s West L.A. to Host Wine Pairing Dinner with Treasury Wine Estates

Gelson’s Markets is hosting a wine pairing dinner with Treasury Wine Estates, a world-renowned wine producer, at Gelson’s West L.A. Wine Bar on Tuesday, June 24, from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Guests will enjoy a curated four-course menu, each paired with exceptional wines from Treasury Wine Estates, beginning with a welcome pour of Stags’ Leap Winery Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley. The first course will include Hand-Rolled Yellowtail Bites, paired with Frank Family Vineyards Chardonnay Carneros. The second course will feature a Warm Duck Confit Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, paired with Etude Pinot Noir Carneros. The third course will be Pho Braised Short Rib with Basil Lime Potato and Caramelized Pearl Onions, paired with Beaulieu Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. For the fourth course, guests will enjoy Kingston Breezy Blue, Bonne Maman Raspberry Tartlets, Mitica Caramelized Walnuts, Cypress Grove Midnight Moon Aged Goat Gouda, and Villars Dark Chocolate Bites, paired with DAOU Soul of a Lion Cabernet Sauvignon and Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles.
