Flavors From Afar is a restaurant with a rotating menu. Each month, their cuisine changes based off the refugee chefs that they're highlighting. After a month of showcasing that individual, their culture, and specialty menu the chef will also receive 5% of the net profits before Flavors From Afar takes any.

Flavors From Afar at it's core is a social enterprise for a 501c3 non-profit called the Tiyya Foundation. The Tiyya Foundation is an organization that works with refugees, indigenous indigenous individuals, immigrants and displaced Americans and re assimilates them into the country through work and education. Helping families for over a decade, this organization has always served it's community first.
