February 2017
•  Los Angeles ranked 7th place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 80.4%, down -3.7% compared to February 2016 (83.5%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $171.47 and ranked 6th among the Top 25 Markets, down -2.1% compared to February 2016 ($175.15).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $137.86 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, down -5.7% compared to February 2016 ($146.17).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.23 million countywide, down -3.1% over February 2016 (2.30 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (86.4%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.

2017 Jan-Feb YTD

•  Los Angeles ranked 4th place among the Top 25 Markets with a YTD Occupancy rate of 77.5%, down -2.3% compared to the same period last year (79.3%).
o Markets ranking higher are Oahu Island (84.3%), Miami (80.1%), and Orlando (78.2%)
•  Los Angeles YTD ADR is $168.49 and ranks 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, down -0.2% compared to the same period last year ($168.75).  
•  Los Angeles YTD RevPAR is $130.64 and ranks 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, down -2.4% compared to the same period last year ($133.90).  
•  YTD rooms nights sold are 4.53 million countywide, reflecting a -1.7% decrease over 2016 (4.60 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (84.6%) and South Bay (81.2%) reported the highest occupancy rate year to date.
