Occupancy: TMD hotels recorded an average occupancy rate of 58.3%, up -26.2% from the same time period last year (46.2%).
 
ADR: TMD hotels saw an Average Daily Rate of $159.34, up 0.7% from the same time period last year ($158.24).
 
RevPar: TMD hotels saw RevPAR reach $92.83, up 27.1% from the same time period last year ($73.05).
 
Room nights sold (demand) increased 34.5% to 5.31 million compared to the same time period last year (3.94 million).
