Note from TMD Board Chair, Javier Cano

Dear LATMD Hoteliers,

It is my pleasure to welcome our newest Directors to the TMD Board of Directors which represents various regions of our Tourism Marketing District.  Please join me in welcoming our newest TMD Board members:

• Matt La Vine, Managing Director, Loews Hollywood Hotel
• Jeff Ragonese, General Manager, Hilton Los Angeles Airport

Also, I am pleased to report that the Los Angeles TMD Board of Directors met this last month and unanimously approved the TMDs CY2025 Budget and Program of Work.  Plans focused on increasing demand for Los Angeles and our TMD hotel community were presented by Los Angeles Tourism’s Sales and Marketing Divisions, reviewed and approved.

In the coming year, we look forward to collaborating with you to ensure our TMD hotel community continues to work together to strengthen the success of our TMD hotels.  We are finalizing the date for the TMD Annual Meeting, which will be scheduled in March 2025.
