Selena: From Texas to the World - GRAMMY Museum (Jan. 15 - Mar. 16)
A new pop-up exhibition focusing on the impact of the late Tejano superstar Selena opens at the GRAMMY Museum on Thursday, January 15 for a two-month run. Co-curated by her sister, Suzette Quintanilla, Selena: From Texas to the World includes personal items that, for the first time, will be displayed outside of the Selena Museum. Advance tickets are available to see the exhibition, which continues through March 16.
In Dreams: A Musical Tribute to David Lynch - Lodge Room (Jan. 20)
On what would have been David Lynch’s 80th birthday, a host of musicians will come together at the Lodge Room for a tribute to the late director. In Dreams includes music made famous in Lynch’s work and the all-ages show starts at 8pm on January 20.
Blade Runner Live - Dolby Theatre (Jan. 21)
The Avex Ensemble performs Vangelis’ influential score for Blade Runner live alongside a screening of the 2007 Final Cut of Ridley Scott’s landmark sci-fi noir film at the Dolby Theatre on Wednesday, January 21.
Twin Peaks Season 1 Screenings - Zebulon (January 2026)
To celebrate David Lynch’s birth month, Zebulon will be screening two episodes of the first season of Twin Peaks every Sunday in January. Fans can order coffee and pie, or a themed cocktail, to enjoy as they step back into the world of David Lynch. There’s no cover and seating is first come, first served for the 2pm screenings.

Wyclef Jean kicks off a weekend of shows at Blue Note Los Angeles on Thursday, January 15, when he plays at 7pm and 9:30pm. He’ll continue his run of two nightly performances at the Hollywood jazz venue through Sunday, January 18.
Together Pangea - Teragram Ballroom (Jan. 16)
SoCal indie rockers Together Pangea release their new album, Eat Myself, on Friday, January 16 and that night they’ll headline Teragram Ballroom with support from Purest Form.
ALTer Ego ’26 - Kia Forum (Jan. 17)
iHeartRadio’s ALTer Ego fest takes over Kia Forum on Saturday, January 17, with Green Day in the headlining slot. Joining them are Twenty One Pilots, Cage the Elephant, Sublime, Good Charlotte (who are playing their first LA show in a decade), Myles Smith, Gigi Perez and Almost Monday.
The Dickies, DI, Angry Samoans - The Roxy (Jan. 17)
It’s a night of Southern California punk legends at The Roxy on Saturday, January 17, when The Dickies - who have been going strong for some 49 years - play alongside D.I. and The Angry Samoans. Tickets at AXS.
Twice - Kia Forum (Jan. 21-22, 24-25)
K-pop stars Twice begin their four-night stint at Kia Forum on Wednesday, January 21. The hit-making girl group will continue their This Is For World Tour on Thursday, January 22, and will return to Kia Forum for shows on Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25.

Pershing Square Holiday Ice Rink (Jan. 5-11)
It's the final week of Holiday Ice Rink Pershing Square, which will run daily through January 11. Framed by skyscrapers and adorned with festive holiday lights, LA's largest outdoor ice skating rink spans 7,200 square feet and welcomes more than 54,000 skaters and 450,000 spectators annually. Hours vary for weekdays and weekends during the season. Open daily noon to 10pm.

MK - Reframe Studios (Jan. 16)
Mark Kinchen, better known simply as MK, has been dropping bangers since the 1990s, most recently “Come Find Me,” and his current North American tour lands in LA on Friday, January 16. Catch the DJ/producer at Reframe Studios with support from Jaden Thompson. Tickets at Dice.
Chus & Ceballos - Academy LA (Jan. 17)
Spanish DJ/production duo Chus & Ceballos play Academy LA in Hollywood on Saturday, January 17 as part of their 2025 Reunion Tour. LA-based Of the Moon plays in the support slot. VIP table reservations are available for this event.
Night Trip - Exchange LA (Jan. 18)
Day Trip kicks off 2026 with its Night Trip series of parties on Sunday, January 18. The holiday weekend bash will pop off at Exchange LA with a secret lineup of house DJs. RSVP for free entry before 11pm or purchase a general admission ticket.

The Notebook - Pantages Theatre (Jan. 6-25, 2026)
Twenty years after Nicholas Sparks’ debut novel was adapted into a hit movie, The Notebook took on a new life as a Broadway musical. With music and lyrics by Ingrid Michaelson and book by Bekah Brunstetter, The Notebook will premiere at the Pantages Theatre on January 6 and run through January 25.
