Claudio Blotta and wife Adria transformed a Silver Lake schoolhouse into a wine bar and restaurant with an inviting patio, a four-sided bar and an open kitchen. Chef Don Dickman complements Blotta’s impeccably sourced, often-small production wines with seasonal small plates and charcuterie sliced using a cherry-red Berkel meat slicer.
