The combination of restaurateur Wolfgang Puck and architect Richard Meier turned out to be very hot indeed. Reserve a table well in advance at this chic, ultra modern steakhouse, where starters such as Maine lobster cocktail and bone marrow flan are as compelling as the mains. Service is spot on.
