This 24-hour delicatessen has been a Los Angeles tradition since 1931. Everything from bakery sweets (baked fresh twice a day) to stiffly poured cocktails has hooked locals over the years. It pickles its own pickles, bakes its own knishes, and prepares potato salad, egg salad, turkey salad, and coleslaw from scratch.
