West Harbor Los Angeles

West Harbor is a $500 million, 42-acre development reimagining the LA waterfront as Southern California’s next great coastal destination, bringing together 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, and entertainment.
-
Anchored by one mile of direct waterfront access, West Harbor will feature dining, retail, and entertainment alongside recreation and community amenities—including a boutique amusement park, padel and pickleball courts, dog park, and a 6,200-seat waterfront amphitheater developed with Nederlander Concerts.
-
Dining at West Harbor will feature a curated lineup ranging from iconic local institutions like San Pedro Fish Market to a new satellite location of Hollywood landmark Yamashiro, alongside globally inspired concepts including Michelin-recognized Tacos El Franc and Paraná Empanadas.
-
West Harbor will also connect visitors to San Pedro’s rich maritime and cultural attractions, including the Battleship USS Iowa, the Los Angeles Maritime Museum, the World Cruise Center, AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles the World’s largest blue-tech research and development campus, and the Downtown San Pedro Arts District.
