From free live feed workouts and online meditation to soothing music sessions, these LA options for staying safe (and entertained) at home are worth a look.
Free online cardio dance parties hosted by 305 Fitness on their YouTube channel. Streaming live daily at noon and 6pm ET. There's also a playlist of 15-minute At-Home Workouts.
A coaching experience co-founded by Akin Akman and Angela Davis - a favorite of Beyoncé and Oprah Winfrey - AARMY is offering daily practice sessions via Instagram Live that include its Bootcamp, Ab Challenge and Cycling programs. Other new digital training packs are available to purchase in $50 increments with 10% of proceeds going to the World Health Organization (an option if you want more and can support AARMY).
Barry’s Bootcamp: Barry's At Home
The bootcamp brand (used by Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles) is rolling out free Instagram TV workouts twice a day beginning at 9 a.m. "We are committed to keeping our community safe, healthy, and strong during this difficult time," reads a statement from the company. They add vids regularly as free workouts. You can DM LA's Chief Instructor Andrew Key for the playlist he created to match the workout.
The exclusive gym used by Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, Dogpound is offering FaceTime sessions and individualized at-home programming for LA and New York. Trainers like LA's Kevin Mejia are posting free at-home workouts on Instagram. Dogpound is partnering with @glblctzn to deliver IG Live-streamed home workouts to fight against coronavirus.
Everybody Los Angeles
Located in Cypress Park, Everybody Los Angeles is offering IG Live group fitness classes for $5 via Zoom (free for members). The vast majority of Everybody's instructors are POC and/or queer/trans. Follow @everybodylosangeles for the latest class schedule.

Henry Rollins: Cool Quarantine

Tone It Up
The Tone It Up app is free until April 13 to new users "so that everyone can make being at home a little more comfortable during this time of crisis," according to a brand rep. Planet Fitness is hosting free live stream classes on Facebook daily at 5 p.m. while L.A. pilates studio Mind & Motion is holding classes through video site Zoom.
Tracy Anderson, the workout master who has taught Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez, closed all her studios across New York, L.A. and Spain on Sunday. She is providing members with at-home services, such as the Tracy Anderson Online Studio, private online training sessions, and virtual meetings with the Tracy Anderson Prescription Team for nutrition help. The Online Studio is offering a two-week free trial "for anyone looking for innovative at-home workouts," including dance cardio.
Training Mate, which has clients including Selena Gomez and Lucy Hale, has launched a free streaming workout ($99/mo. for nonmembers) with live and previously recorded classes. The founders are forgoing their salary and paying trainers 75 percent of their normal pay to make ends meet.
Vijay Gupta: Bach Every Day
Former LA Phil violinist and Street Symphony founder, Vijay Gupta posts a Bach practice session every day on Instagram. Gupta also hosts "Artist Office Hour" on Zoom daily at 5pm. DM @gupta_violin for info to join.

WundaBar Pilates is offering a 40 percent discount to attract health-conscious social distancers to its WundaBar On Demand workouts, along with a 7-day free trial. Also streaming on IG Live.
Fans include Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, who posted on TikTok that her "workout while on self quarantine" is dancing to "We're All in This Together" from High School Musical and wearing a tie-dye sweatsuit. "I can't believe I remembered it," Tisdale wrote.
